Latino Fashion Week: Macy’s Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month

Last night I went to the Macy’s Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month hosted by Nick Verreos from Project Runway at the State Street Macy’s here in Chicago.

The Latina superstar Thalia was the inspiration for the runway designs. Latino Fashion Week and Vanidades saluted her as the 2013 Icon of Style.

This was a fun evening! They had coconut mojitos, beauty make overs, and a cool photo shoot where they made you a little scene flip book hosted by the people from http://www.alittescene.com.

Nick Verreos was a fabulous and hilarious host! The “in” pink is called Aruba Pink! I love it!
