Dumb, Stupid Girls and Forever Don’t Last are the latest singles Jazmine Sullivan has shaken my core with this summer. She’s back and I couldn’t be happier! For the last three years I’ve had In Love with Another Man and Need U Bad on repeat. I screamed at my computer screen in early April when Patrice of Afrobella.com posted a video on her Facebook page of Sullivan performing in London for the first time in years. I can’t wait for the release of her newest album Reality Show.
Jazmine Sullivan is the true essence of what it means to be a R&B artist. Her deep bellows and poetic lyrics makes your hips sway and heart listen. The seven Grammy nominated songstress definitely has an authentic sound and style of her own. I’m glad she’s back and I wish her love, peace and happiness this time around.
